okay, most of these are very quickly done, and I am far from anywhere near proficient with editing stuff, where I have messed with things is entirely obvious, and I have left a lot of things unsimplified. So try to bare with me on these.
Darth Maul (3 Color)
.
V (3 Color)
Darth Vader (3 Color)
Yoda (3 Color)
This is the pattern I did last year, I didn't really make it myself, I just added onto it.

Carvings 08-09
My 2008 carving: the Heath Ledger Joker
His nose is a little messed up because I cut too much off and then put some back in with a toothpick, and I didn't really figure out what was going on with his suit until I was done carving and lit it up. There is a bat in the corner, but it cant be seen well in this photo.
My 2009 carving: Master Yoda
This actually came out a lot better than I had expected, especially considering that I was doing it in a bit of a hurry on Halloween day. When it wasn't lit up it looked as though it had been eaten by rodents, which got it some odd looks during the day. I added a little onto the pattern at the bottom of his feet and the end of the light saber.

If you're looking for a pretty good site to get patterns from I really suggest The Pumpkin Wizard. It has some pretty great patterns and as it gets closer to Halloween you can generally find some on the artist exchange on their Q&A board as well. If you're looking for some stuff that is a bit more challenging, Noel does great work, so I suggest looking at Fantasy Pumpkins.
